Joe Finstrom

Joe Finstrom is a Minneapolis based songwriter, musician and audio engineer. His most recent project is a folk inspired EP with americana, grunge and 90s alternative influences. As a songwriter Joe writes through the lenses of resiliency, growth and understanding. His honest and personal music is a provocative blend of styles that keeps the listener engaged.

Joe has also been involved in bands and orchestras in the area since 2006 as a cellist and bass player. He released an indie-pop record in 2022 under the name Vincent van Beethoven which was played on national indie radio and received positive reviews. As an audio engineer Joe has worked freelance and is also the owner of Peachy Gnome, a local audio studio. He teaches private music lessons at Music Lab in South Minneapolis.
